Sizing, plainly: sedans, coupes and hatchbacks are small. Crossovers and 3-row SUVs are the middle tier. Pickups, cargo vans and anything longer than a Suburban is the top tier. If the car is genuinely beat up — pet hair everywhere, sand from a year of beach days, a spill that has had time to think about what it did — that is what the Disaster Detail is for. Send a photo when you book so we know what we are walking into.

02  The wash

Why three foams
instead of one bucket.

Most swirl marks in Miami paint are not from the sun. They come from dragging a dirty mitt across a dry, gritty panel — which is exactly what a tunnel wash and a Sunday driveway rinse both do. Our order of operations exists to stop that.

Non-contact foam

Thick snow foam goes on dry paint and sits. As it slides off it carries the loose grit with it — the sand, the salt spray, the film off the causeway.

By the time we rinse, most of what would have scratched your clear coat is already on the ground.

Contact wash

Now the hand wash: fresh foam, clean mitts, two buckets, worked top down so the dirtiest panels are always last.

Wheels get their own tools and their own water. They never share with the paint.

Wax protector

A foam-applied wax sealant is the final pass. It leaves a slick, hydrophobic layer that beads rain and makes the next wash easier.

This is the step that keeps the car looking washed for weeks instead of days.

Wheels and tires, done properly

Every detail cleans the wheels and tires and finishes them with tire shine. The Reset goes further — faces, spokes, barrels and tire walls worked by hand until the baked-on brake dust is actually gone.

That is the difference between a car that looks washed and a car that looks detailed, and it is the first thing anyone notices in a parking garage.

The inside gets the same attention

Every detail includes an interior vacuum, a wipe-down of the seats and surfaces, the cup holders and the glass. Step up to The Reset and the crevices, seat rails, under the seats and door jambs get worked, and everything is finished with a protectant that looks clean rather than wet. Seat and carpet shampoo can be added to any package.

04  Before you book

The questions we get
every single week.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No. We arrive with our own water tank and power, so a driveway, a garage or a spot in an office lot all work. If you would rather we use your spigot, that is fine too — just tell us when you book.

How much space do you need?

About one and a half parking spaces: room to open every door and walk a full lap around the car. Shade helps in the summer but is not required.

How long does it take?

The Refresh runs about an hour and a half to two hours. The Reset takes about two to three and a half. The Disaster Detail takes about three to four. Shampoo add-ons can add time, since the fabric needs to dry properly before we hand the car back.

What is the actual difference between the packages?

The Refresh is a thorough clean: exterior hand wash, wheels and tires, tire shine, glass inside and out, a vacuum and a wipe-down of the interior surfaces. The Reset keeps all of that and adds the deep interior work — crevices, seat rails, under the seats, door jambs, a deeper wheel and tire clean and an interior protectant. The Disaster Detail does everything in both and adds suction water vacuuming to pull out deep stains. Seat shampoo, carpet and mat shampoo and car dressing are add-ons you can put on any of them. If the car just needs to be clean, take The Refresh. If anyone eats, commutes or brings a dog into it, take The Reset. If it has deep stains, pet hair everywhere or serious buildup, take the Disaster Detail.

Can I book just an interior?

Ask us. Interior-only jobs are quoted case by case since the work scales with how much is actually in there. Send a couple of photos with your request and you will get a real number back, not a range.

What happens if it rains?

South Florida being South Florida, we watch the radar and text you the morning of. Covered parking means we go ahead as planned; otherwise we move you to the next open slot at no charge.
